Previews to be held on May 19th 8pm to 10pm
JSMC is planning on a very exciting and entertaining cultural program during the upcoming Pratishtha Mahotsav to be celebrated from Saturday June 20th through Monday June 29th. We plan to have cultural performances throughout the Pratishtha Celebrations. We hereby invite the membership to enthusiastically participate in these events by submitting entries/request. We are open to all forms of dancing, classical or folk, contemporary or traditional.
In keeping with the celebrations, JSMC is also soliciting entries for Emceeing the Cultural Program from members of all age groups with reasonable public speaking experience in English Or Gujarati.
The Cultural committee is inviting entries for:
- Group Dances
- Group Songs
- Instrumental Orchestra
- Other creative items of your choice
- Emceeing opportunities
All items have to be based on Jainism or any non-denominational devotional songs and are open to all age groups, including adults. All entries will be judged by an independent screening committee and will have to be approved by the cultural committee, before they are accepted for performance during the Pratishtha celebration.
